The Giants met every one of the demands required to sign Matthew Stafford, only for the quarterback to decide to stay with the Rams. That is according to NFL Insider Rich Eisen, who claims New York and Tom Brady's Las Vegas Raiders were 'way in' on signing the 37-year-old. Stafford had been one of the most coveted quarterbacks of this offseason, after leading Los Angeles to the divisional round of the playoffs.
